Be sure to bring all the necessities for cooking camping style, and bring along some extra food to share. There will be gathering spaces for people to hang out, cook and eat together. Because of our location, there will be a few on-site food options. There will be a limited amount of fresh home made organic breads (3 or 4 varieties), cookies and whole wheat cinnamon rolls. These will be available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Be sure to indicate on your registration form if you are interested in purchasing some. They will be available on a first come, first served basis. Since we are celebrating this festival on the land of a working farm, there may be fresh produce available. Due to variability of weather, it is unknowm exactly what will be available that weekend. You may find it a pleasant experience on your drive to the festival to stop at local farmer’s produce stands along the way. If you are interested in being part of the dumpstering (rescuing food from local dumpsters and scavenging) team contact Melissa Powell at: PAPAFestFood@gmail.com Note: Most of the food rescuing will need to be done before arriving at the site, as the nearby town does not have any accessible dumpsters.
