Liability Release Form

Before driving onto the grounds of the festival, everyone must sign a liability release form (below is a link to the draft). This form releases all organizers, property owners and volunteers from any liability. You can’t fill it out here, as this is just a draft for you to see. A final version will be given to you as you enter the property.
