This is a community-fueled gathering so we need lots of people’s help.
Offer help
- We need a skilled electrician who is able to come early to help set up.
- We currently have a need for English to Spanish translators during our smaller group workshops and skill shares.
- The work of our hands is what builds the festival. If you have an idea of how you would like to help beforehand or would like to be a point person once on the site contact us.
To offer help in any of the above ways, contact: papafestvolunteers@gmail.com
Bring supplies
One way to help is by bringing some supplies you may have around your house. If you can bring anything from the list, please contact the person in charge of that area. That way, the person doesn’t buy what you’re planning to bring. Thanks everyone for your help in making this happen.
If you can bring any of the supplies listed below, contact Ariah at: papasupplies@gmail.com

Photo
Bring cables to connect from your memory card or camera to a standard computer port. We will have a photo uploading station to collect pictures from the festival on site!
Video
We're looking for folks attending this year's PAPA Festival to bring their video cameras! Bring your Mini DV camera and tripod, we'll provide the DV tape to record the sessions & shows. We'll have a list of sessions and shows that folks can sign up to shoot video at so we don't overlap & can categorically provide as much coverage of the event as possible. This is Crowdsourcing at its finest!
